It has been a few years since I left my previous life behind, on the other side of the world. I miss my family, my friends, my language and my culture, and despite having started a new life, a new family, in a new country, I still, from time to time, feel I am out of my place, I feel alone, uncomfortable, awkward, lost...In this series of portraits I am trying to depict those emotions. Those portrayed are not individuals, they are just mirrored images of my soul.
